Nelli Tree Villa

Nelli Tree Villa – the name is inspired by our majestic gooseberry tree at our courtyard, which fills our eyes as we look at this amazing tree standing tall in front of our house.

Our ancestors have been residents of this land for about 100 years. Most part of the house is renovated and new; yet it’s the trees that know our stories. Blessed with about an acre of land and a gated property, we are safe and secure with few friendly neighbors.

Everyday we are evolving – organizing and balancing the elements of this space. The produce at the farm are shared among neighbors and the guest. We like to thank you for booking our stay hoping to make your stay a memorable experience..

Built-up area is about 3000 sq ft has well furnished super king sized beds, comfortable clean bathrooms, dining area, work stations, living area, terrace garden and multiple balcony space.

– yes we serve sumptuous breakfast

* Is Smoking and drinking allowed
– Kindly do not smoke inside the house. Terrace garden and balcony are the smoking areas. it is kept clean for you and you could do the same for the next guest 🙂

– Drink peacefully and take care of yourself ..enjoy of course after all you are here for a leisure holiday

* Is lunch or dinner possible
– yes we serve kerala lunch platter 300 rs veg and non veg 350 rs per person. kindly let us know a day in advance.

* Scooter rental possible ?
– yes we can connect you with local vendor

* Do you have speakers ?
– Yes we have a wired bluetooth speaker. Refrain from loud music post 11 pm respecting neighbors and nature around. that’s all 🙂
